Ronnie Garrison and Ronnie Long Go Bass Fishing
Ronnie Long and I went to West Point lake last Thursday to try to catch some bass. Ronnie had done some fishing for catfsh in the past but this 1 pound 7 ounce spotted bass was his first bass landed. He did better than me - I had several small bass but none over a pound!

This rubber lipped mud sucker didn't realize we
were fishing for bass. It his a Pointer and the back hooks were firmly in
its mouth - I guess even carp will hit expensive Japanese plugs! And they
also will eat minnows. It gave me a great fight.
