Wisconsin Spinnerbait Fish

This largemouth hit my bargain bin spinnerbait in the river behind our cabin in Wisconsin as the sun set. It was a beautiful sunset and the full moon was rising at the same time.  I caught a couple of bass as well as a bunch of pike there that afternoon on the spinnerbait. It held up well through several bass and a bunch of pike that week. I caught a bass at Lake Weiss on it in mid-October after I got home.

Even yellow perch liked the spinnerbait. This baby perch tried to eat  - or maybe mate with - the spinnerbait - the blade is almost as big as the little perch.

Little bass can be dumb, too. This tiny bass tried to eat a tube that was as big as it was.  Wish the bass had a gut as big as the one on the fisherman!
