According to Bass Fishing Magazine, studies conducted over the past 20 years show the reasons people say they fish have changed. This national survey found that 35% fish for relazation, 33% to be with family and friends, 13% to be close to nature, 7% for the sport of it, 5% for food and 3% to catch trophy fish.
