One-Million-Dollar Fishing Lure

Thursday September 21, 2006
This is as close as I will ever get to a million dollars. Would you fish with a lure that costs $1,000,000? Neither would I! There are way too many ways to lose your fishing tackle, and I hate to lose a crankbait that costs $5, much less one that cost a million. MacDaddy Fishing Lure Company makes expensive lures using gold, diamonds and rubies. They make nice jewerly, and some folks even fish with them. Check out what Mac calls "Bling on a String."

WOW! I can’t imagine trying to sell something like that. I guess some people just have too much money. ;)

I can think of worst things to spend a million on - wish I had it to see what I could spend it on!

Of all the worthy causes in this world to spend money on, this invention ranks at the bottom of the sea. A fool and his money are soon parted. I think Mac Daddy is a minnow who wants to swim with the barracudas.

Mac is having fun with his products and maybe making some money, too. Not a bad deal. Fortunately we in the US are allowed so spend some of our money as we want, no matter how worthy some feel the cause.
