A jig and pig is one of the best big-bass baits around. It seems to get even better in cold water. Learn to rig one and fish it this year and see how it performs. I had to make myself fish one until I got used to it and caught some fish, now I always a rod and reel with one rigged and ready on the deck of my boat.
