disqualification
- Soemone should check on that fellow. There's something going on in his life that obviously has him a little unbalanced.

respect
- I think that BASS did the right thing! If you respect other folks, even if you don't agree with them, thay will respect you!!

Wow !
- Sounds like Kevin is off his rocker ! If the facts are as you present them and he is not mentally unbalanced and declared so by a certified psychiatrist then he should be expelled from the tournament indefinitely and not to be reconsidered for acceptance for a minimum of 3 years. That type of behavior is uncalled for in any fishing venue and especially in a tournament enviroment. Thank God you kept a level head and handled the situation professionaly rather than resort to more unreserved methods which I am not proud to say I would probably have resorted too. An old fisherman once said. " You've never seen violence till you have seen treble hook violence ." I am glad you were able to avoid it on that day. Good luck in future tournaments.

Opinion
- As having been a Marshall during the Lake Amistad Tournament, I cannot believe a Bass Elite angler would stoop to such a level. With the continued escalation of behavior, K.L. got off light, he should be banned from Bass Events for life. Way to go Bass, and kudos's to you Boyd for your professional handling of the situation. I know I can't give you a $100,000 dollars, but your a winner in my book. Wade

BASS needs to go farther
- This type of unsportsmanlike conduct deserves nothing less than a lifetime ban from BASS tournaments and all affiliated tournaments, including local chapters. Send a very strong message that unsportsmanlike conduct is not now, nor ever will be tolerated in any manner.
