Jeffrey Abbott from Winter Springs, Florida has won the 2008 Early Times Whisky Reel In A Million Contest. He will fish at J. Percy Priest Lake in Tennessee with bass pro Kevin Wirth for tagged bass, one of which is worth one million dollars. Did you enter this year's contest?

Susan Dameron is getting ready for her second 2008 WBT tournament at Neely-Henry in Alabama this week after placing seventh as a co-angler in the first one. This article is her memories of her first WBT tournament in 2006, also on Neely-Henry. She tells how nervous she was then and how each day went, with a limit the first day and no fish on the second. There is nothing that can prepare you for such a tournament but the learning experience at one is irreplacable and can't be gotten anywhere else.

Mary and her fiancé Brad got to fish in the pond at the business where Mary works. They caught a couple of bass, including one shown in the gallery that was big fish of the day.
