Guide Review - Mann's Hard Nose Worms
The Mann's Hard Nose worm has a short section of harder plastic where the hook goes, either in the nose or middle of the worm. This section is short enough it does not interfer with the action of the bait. When you set the hook, the eye of the hook stays up so the bait does not ball up in the crook of the hook and cause a poor hookset. It also comes through cover better since the hard nose keeps the bait up on the hook and does not allow it to slide down as easily.
