Frying filets from walleye, bass, bream and crappie is an old standby. I enjoy stews and chowders of several kinds. There are many recipes for fish tacos, so they must be good, but I have never tried them. If you are in a hurry, many fish recipes are quick and easy. You can make appetizers with raw fish, smoke fish or make fish jerky. There are many sites with a multitude of fish recipes for all occasions.
Watch out for some recipes, especially if they involve beer! And if you ever go fishing with Barry Bailey, be careful if he offers you a sandwich!
Fish taste good and are good for you. Enjoy catching them, release most of what you catch but keep a few to try some of the recipes found here. Links are listed below alphabetically, with a few additions.
