Winter Bass

I caught this 5.68 pound bass at Jackson on a crankbai t.

Ronnie Garrison
I landed this 5.68 pound largemouth in a Flint River Bass Club tournament at Jackson Lake on January 9, 2005. It hit a Fat Free Fry crankbait at 8:50 AM on a sandy bank with some rocks. This bass was good for second biggest bass that day - Kwong Yu weighed in one at 6.68 pounds and beat me for the big fish pot. With two small spots to go with it, I had 7.95 pounds in the tournament - good for sixth place.
