Dave Hyatt caught this three pound bass, his best ever, on a recent trip. He says he is shooting for an 8  pounder soon.   He says: "I caught this bass on light tackle using 6 lb test.  I used a Roboworm (hooked wacky style), 2/0 wide gap hook, weightless.  The pond I caught this one in is associated with a reclaimed gravel mine along the San Joaquin River in Madera County California.
