The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Services reports 29.3 million fishing licenses registered in 1997 down from the 29.9 million in 1996. "This is a trend that breaks my heart." comments Jim Delricco inventor of the Super Change-it Systems Quick Change Fishing Technology. "What drove me to develop this product was to make fishing fun and easy for myboy."
