Special Chat Sunday - Jim Dicken, webmaster for Fishing
Guides Home Page - http://www.FGHP.net - will be the special guest/host
Sunday night at 8:00 et. Drop in at http://fishing.about.com/mpchat.htm
and meet Jim and learn more about his site, and his fishing! Jim says "I
have been fishing since I was 5. First fishing trip was at my great grandmothers
pond. Once asked my dad (late at night i woke up and he was cleaning catfish)
why he was taking the fishies jammies off. Still have the first fiberglass
fishing pole my father gave me. 6 feet long and can cast a mile. I have
caught a lot of bluegill on that pole. Used a Zebco 202.
Went to Murray State University to be near Kentucky Lake. Graduated (barely) with a degree in Communications and a minor in fishing. Spent 15 years making pizzas and running a pizza store before I went to Trucking. My back went out last year and now I am a desk jokey writing fishing reports an working on Fishing Guides Home Page - http://www.FGHP.net
I went around the world when I was 18 on World Campus Afloat. Now the
program is called Semester at Sea. My biggest fish is a 28 pound Striper
from Lake Cumberland in Kentucky although I was with a friend when he hooked
the MONSTER of the lake. (Another Story). I have an 8 pound 1 ounce Largemouth
and a 3 pound Spotted Bass to my credit and a 15 pound Jack Crevalle which
I caught in the Seychelles Islands."

"When I fileted the three white bass we caught, they were full of
eggs. Anybody have a good recipe for fish eggs? I have rolled them in cornmeal
and fried them before, but they pop bad. Taste ok - like mushy fish. Anybody
else eat them?"

Joke for this Week - STUPID CRIMINAL STORIES - A man in Little Rock,
Arkansas started a fire that destroyed a mobile home and injured the home's
owner. The blaze started when the man used a cigarette lighter to look
inside a gasoline can to determine if there was water inside. Our only
hope is that this individual has not contributed to the human gene pool.

Trivia Contest - http://fishing.about.com/library/weekly/blcontest.htm
- Answer a trivia question, be entered into a drawing for a prize -An

months in in - and lots of nice pictures and info! - All correct answers
received during the week, before noon on Sunday, will be placed in a drawing

=====================================
Tip of the Week - Try small baits early in the season. Sometimes
bass and other predators like a little bait. Last weekend at Clark Hill
the bass bit a 3/16ths ounce Hot Spot better than the 1/4 ounce Rattle
Trap I tried. They were feeding on little shad. Match the hatch!

officer who was instructing bank employees on what to do during a robbery
was interrupted by a bank robbery. The suspect entered the bank and handed
a teller a note demanding cash. He had somehow missed the uniformed police
officer standing at a nearby teller window. The officer interrupted his
class and tackled the robber after a short foot chase.
