Tony & Kenneth Hill with Spotted Bass

Tony Hill and his dad Kenneth have been catching some good spotted bass on Carter's Lake in Georgia in January. They were using drop shot rigs on Castaway rods, 8lb. PLine and Shimano Stradic 1000 reel. The baits were on 1'0 Gamakatsu round bend offset hooks These spots hit better in cold water than largemouth do, and Carter's has a good population of big spots.
