There are lots of ways to catch crappie, but one of the most efficient, and fun, is trolling for them from a boat rigged for it. A spider rig allows you to troll many baits at one time. You can set up your boat permanently for crappie trolling or design a setup that can be removed when you want to use your boat for something else.
