Recipes, Cooking What You Catch

Monday September 7, 2009
I believe in catch and release but also in catch and hot grease. There is nothing wrong with keeping a few of the fish you catch to eat, even bass. Fish taste good cooked in a lot of different ways. Here are a few of my favorites.

Several people have shared fish recipes here and on the forum. I have a list of my ten favorite fish recipes with suggestions of the kinds of fish to use.

Do you have fish recipes to share? Email them to me or post them in the comments section below.-
