Lake Seminole Two Toned Needle Fish

This oddly colored needle fish was swimming around in Lake Seminole I saw this strange looking fish at Lake Seminole and got a picture of it. I think it is a needle fish but it looks like Frankenfish, like it is two fish that were stuck together. Half the fish is green and half black. It was swimming around fine and did not act hurt or sick. Lake Seminole is not far up the river from the Gulf of Mexico and has a lock at the dam so fish can come into the lake. I have seen mullet jumping in the lake. Do you have any idea what this fish is? Have you ever seen anything like it?
