Jack Gaither's Wine and Cheese Sauce Fish Recipe

Sunday August 20, 2006
Jack posted this recipe to the forum two years ago and I finally tried it. It is excellent. I fileted three small bass and cut each filet in half. Followed the recipe, used half an onion, half a bell pepper, an 8 ounce pack of shredded cheddar cheese and a small container of sour cream. It made enough sauce to cover the baked potato and broccoli Linda and I had with the fish. There is enough left for another meal, too. We each ate about two filets so there are still two left in the sauce. Probaby will be even better tomorrow night!
