Steelhead in Western Washington rivers: "There are still some hatchery fish high up in the rivers, and I talked to a buddy who got a couple in the Tokul Creek area of the Snoqualmie," said Steve Foley, a state Fish and Wildlife biologist. "It sounds like the Snohomish system also had fish in it."
