The best bass fishing was still in Moonshine Bay, where the bass were feeding on shad and biting topwater plugs and jerkbaits early in the morning. When that bite slows, use a plastic worm or stick worm or flip a plastic crawdad. Speckled perch were biting minnows in the Indian Prairie Canal.
